This website is operated by Monarca Creative LLC, located at 160 E. Chicago Street, Suite A, Elgin, IL 60120. When we say "we," "our," or "Monarca," we mean Monarca Creative LLC.

What this site is for

This website is informational. It describes Monarca Salon Space, introduces the independent stylists who work here, and gives prospective members and clients a way to reach us. It is also a recruitment channel for independent stylists interested in joining the space.

No products or services are sold through this website. Membership inquiries and client bookings are handled outside of this site.

Independent stylists

The stylists featured on this site are independent business owners. They are independent members at Monarca Salon Space and operate their own businesses. They set their own prices, manage their own schedules, and use their own booking systems. Monarca Creative LLC does not employ them and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a stylist.

If you book an appointment with a stylist, typically through her Instagram or her own booking system, that appointment is with the stylist, not with Monarca Creative LLC. Questions about a specific service, price, or cancellation policy should go directly to that stylist.

No liability for stylist services

Monarca Creative LLC is not responsible for services performed by independent stylists who work in the space. Each stylist is responsible for their own work, their own client relationships, and compliance with applicable licensing and professional standards. We make no warranties about any individual stylist's work.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, the Monarca wordmark, logo, and brand design, belongs to Monarca Creative LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.

Use of this site

You agree to use this site for its intended purpose. You will not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape data in a way that disrupts the service, or use this site in any way that violates applicable law.
