Finding a salon home can be a stressful and intimidating process but when I first walked into Monarca Salon Spaces I knew I had found the place to grow my business.
Not only is it a salon beautiful, from the accent walls to the beautiful wood accent stations but the salon members are so welcoming. We all started somewhere and Joanna has always been there to help us grow in anyway that we dream of growing. From teaching and hosting classes to continuing our education, to helping us understand the business aspect of running our own business behind the chair.
Joanna has a beautiful dream of building a strong beauty community not only in our salon spaces but outside of the salon and I’m so happy to be apart of it !

The past 4 years at Monarca salon space have been incredible, Working in an environment where all the stylists believe in each other and support one another is the best way to grow.

Joanna has been a blessing to my career. She not only invited me to join the team but has also guided me along the way. She's always available to answer any questions I might have about my business. If it weren't for her creating such a safe place, I don't know where I would be. Both Joanna and her business partner/husband have been a huge help to me. I've always imagined being in a place with no drama and no competition among the team, and I can definitely say this is that place.
