Founder, Joanna Idaly

In 2019, Joanna Idaly founded Monarca Salon Space, drawing inspiration from the monarch butterfly's journey, a symbol from her hometown of Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico. Joanna's vision was to redefine the hairstyling industry, creating a space where stylists could flourish as independent entrepreneurs, much like the transformative path of the monarch butterfly.
